Returns & Refunds Policy

We want both you and your pets to be tail-wagging happy with every order! If something doesn’t feel quite right, here’s how we make it easy to return or exchange.

Return Window

You can return unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Items Eligible for Return

Must be in original condition and packaging.

Includes pet food, supplements, and grooming products (unopened only due to health & safety reasons).

Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened food, supplements, or hygiene products.

Items returned without original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

You’ll be notified via email once the refund is complete.

 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

For damaged or wrong products, please email us a photo at OUR EMAIL  WILL COME  HERE  and we’ll make it right ASAP!
