1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Some items, including clearance items, special-order products, and items marked as "Final Sale," may not be eligible for returns.
3. Return Process
Request a Return: To initiate a return, email us at returns@primewholesaler.co.uk. Include your order number and reason for the return.
Ship the Item: You will be responsible for shipping costs on returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
4. Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at support@primewholesaler.co.uk. We may request photos and further information to facilitate a replacement or refund.
